Coming this October, INC's Emerging Creatives program, which mentors and disciples Gen Z and Gen Alpha students, resumes in Naples, Florida.

The culture is seducing Gen Z and Gen Alpha creatives. In a world where counter-Christian messages increasingly target younger audiences, particularly Gen Z and Gen Alpha (born after 2010), we must take action. Here are a few alarming stats:
Over 40% of Gen Zs stream more than 3 hours a day. That, compared with the relatively small amount (5%) that say they generally don’t watch TV on demand.
Gen Z typically has an attention span of just 8 seconds, which is a few seconds shorter than that of millennials, who have an attention span of approximately 12 seconds.
Millennials and Generation Z are often characterized as more creative and arts-oriented than previous generations.
Today’s teens reflect a mixture of professional aspirations, but they are dominated by two broad interests: science and creativity.
One-fifth of the students are attracted to creative vocations, including arts or music (10%), graphic arts (4%), culinary arts (3%), and fashion or interior design (3%).
These generations are particularly susceptible to worldly influences and often find themselves less connected and discipled by the church. However, there is hope! Gen Z and Gen Alpha students are known for their creativity and vibrant artistic expressions, and we have a unique opportunity to channel that potential into something truly transformative.
Gen Z and Gen Alpha students are known for their creativity and vibrant artistic expressions, and we have a unique opportunity to harness that potential into something truly transformative in a Christ-centered community.

This is where the Emerging Creatives Program comes in. This initiative is designed to raise and equip Christ-centered creatives who will impact the culture. We aim to provide them with invaluable opportunities in the visual arts, music, media, and performance. More than just artistic development, this program will encourage a deeper relationship with God.
Jennifer Denard, Parent Liaison, shares:
It is vital that churches embrace young creatives and intentionally train them to hone their talents, helping them utilize their gifts to serve the Kingdom. Your ministry is doing just that, and it is an example of what is possible when artistic expression is welcomed, nurtured, and aligned with God’s purposes.
Starting in October 2026, don’t miss the chance to be a part of this dynamic program.
