Chairman of the Board
Dr. Robert Petterson
Dr. Robert A. Petterson, founder and president of the Legacy Imperative, is renowned as the "Amazing Storyteller" for revealing the hidden narratives of significant people and events. Overcoming a troubled childhood in foster care, he was adopted at 12 and has since defied expectations of failure.
Dr. Bob has served as a pastor in prominent evangelical churches and as East Coast President of Mastermedia International. A global speaker, he has reached over two million people in 30 countries and has raised over $75 million for non-profits. He holds a doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary and serves on various non-profit boards.
He is also a best-selling author, with his book *One Year Book of Amazing Stories* recognized as a top devotional. Other notable works include *101 Amazing Stories of Hope and Faith*, *Desert Crossings*, and *The 90-Day Book of Amazing Stories*, which achieved top sales in its category in 2017.

President and CEO
Dr. William Barnett
Dr. William Barnett founded the International Network of Creatives in 1991, a Christian organization dedicated to equipping and sending artists to impact the world for Christ. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor there.
With over two decades of experience in Southwest Florida, Dr. Barnett has made a significant impact on those struggling with addiction through Arts outreach programs. He teaches Art and Theology courses and has held leadership roles at the Covenant Church of Naples for 17 years, including as the former assistant to the president of King’s College and Administrative Director at Mastermedia International.
Dr. Barnett is a board member of The Legacy Imperative and a member of several professional organizations, including the American Art Therapy Association, American Association of Christian Counselors, and the National Art Education Association.

Secretary
Carl Wilbanks
Carl is the past Vice President of Sales at Pfizer Inc., where he made a significant impact on the pharmaceutical industry throughout his extensive career. With over 33 years at Pfizer, he began his journey as a dedicated sales representative in Athens, GA, where his passion for sales and keen understanding of the market quickly set him apart. Through hard work, determination, and a commitment to excellence, Carl advanced into various leadership roles, ultimately overseeing the sales and marketing of some of the most iconic brands in the pharmaceutical sector.
After retiring from the company in 2019, Carl sought new avenues to channel his leadership skills and passion for community service. He became actively involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where he mentors young athletes, helping them grow not only in their sports but also in their personal lives and faith journeys. His commitment to fostering a positive environment for youth is a reflection of his values and dedication to giving back.

Treasurer
Paul Horgen
Paul Horgen is a well-respected business consultant and management mentor with over four decades of experience in financial services and leadership. Horgen began his career at Think Mutual Bank in Rochester, Minnesota, where he advanced to President and CEO, transforming the bank from $100 million in assets to over $1.4 billion during his 21-year tenure. He then joined FISERV, Inc. as Executive VP of Mergers & Acquisitions, driving strategic growth initiatives.
In 2008, he founded Paul Horgen, LLC, where he consults and mentors other leaders. He developed the Cleaver Management School and authored "Management—Now It’s You," aimed at helping managers achieve their goals.
Paul is dedicated to community service and has held various leadership roles, including Director and Founding Board Chair of the Rochester Public Library Foundation. He has received the Medal of Honor for Industry Advancement from the Mayor of Rochester.
Board Member
Dr. Jeffrey Faux
Dr. Jeffrey Faux, former Artistic Director and conductor of the Fort Myers Symphonic Mastersingers, has collaborated with several orchestras, including the Naples Philharmonic and the Southwest Florida Symphony. Notable performances include conducting the chorus for "Star Wars" in concert at Germain Arena and leading a concert commemorating 9/11 with the Naples Philharmonic. He made his European debut conducting Fauré's Requiem in Paris.
Currently, Dr. Faux is the Director of Sacred Arts at First Presbyterian Church in Bonita Springs, overseeing 10 vocal and instrumental ensembles. He has conducted choirs in Europe and will lead the Dan Forrest Te Deum with the Oxford Symphony in London in 2023. Additionally, he is former Interim Director of the Naples Philharmonic Chorale.
A graduate of Westminster Choir College, Dr. Faux also holds a Doctor of Worship Studies and a Master’s in Choral Conducting.

Elin Raymond
Elin is the president of The Sage Group, Inc., a branding and marketing firm she founded in 1992, serving clients in manufacturing, technology, and professional services. She previously led marketing communications at Carlson Marketing Group for Fortune 500 companies and held key roles at Hill & Knowlton, where she advised on strategic communications for major projects, including Northwest Airlines' corporate identity launch and the Mall of America. Elin was also vice president of corporate communications at Gelco Corporation and held marketing positions at Deluxe Corporation and Minnesota Life.
She has served on various boards, including the Midwest Direct Marketing Association and the Greater Minneapolis United Way, and has lectured on corporate takeover communications. A graduate of Macalester College with an Executive M.B.A., Elin has contributed to numerous business publications and speaks on strategic marketing and branding at industry conferences.

Carol Sesso
Carol Sesso is passionate about mentoring and discipling young artists. As a music educator, Carol used her skills, experience, and passion to mentor students, guiding them down successful career paths in music and performance. Carol has more than 40 years of musical experience, including music director at various churches, directing high school and children's choirs, children's musicals, and plays, and has taught and coached piano and voice students.
In 2007, she joined the staff of the Barrington Children’s Choir, a nationally recognized, auditioned ensemble in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. The choir has performed in festivals around the world, including appearances at Carnegie Hall, the Joffrey Ballet, singing the National Anthem at professional sporting events, and on WGN-TV Chicago. Carol went on to become the director of BCC’s Intermediate Ensemble and eventually was named Chamber Choir director and Artistic Director. Carol has served on boards and been involved with para-church organizations.

Board Member Emeritus
Robert Meyer
Bob Meyer, a second-generation ad man, launched his first agency at just 19, managing marketing for a major piano and organ dealer while peers were in college. After working at another Milwaukee agency and WISN-TV as Promotions/Publicity Director, he founded R. L. Meyer Advertising, Inc.
The agency quickly secured clients like Red Owl Foods and Jewel Foods, allowing Bob to measure advertising effectiveness directly, a skill that proved invaluable throughout his career.
After acquiring a creative boutique in Indianapolis, the agency evolved into Meyer & Wallis, achieving significant retail wins with companies like Meijer and Pick ‘n Save.
Bob earned recognition as a leading retail marketing expert, receiving the Milwaukee Ad Club’s Silver Medal in 1993 and the American Marketing Association’s Marketing Career Achievement Award in 1994.
