As visual artists, we make every mark on a canvas or screen with the potential to speak volumes. This group is dedicated to exploring, understanding, and developing that purely visual language.

Who Should Join
Professional visual artists (painters, sculptors, craftsmen, designers, illustrators, etc.) seeking to connect with like-minded creatives in a small-group setting to grow both artistically and spiritually.
About the Facilitator
Cheri Dunnigan is a highly regarded metalsmith, silversmith, and landscape painter based in Naples, Florida, with a reputation that extends nationally. Born with a creative drive and blessed with parents who recognized and fostered her artistic interests and ambitions, she began developing her artistic talents at an early age. She made her first piece of jewelry at the age of 15. This experience lit a passion and set the course of her studies over the next 7 years.
Dunnigan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in silversmithing from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 1978. She is well-known for her unique ability to blend textile techniques with metalwork, creating intricate, lace-like jewelry and sculptures. Cheri's work often incorporates weaving fine silver and gold wire to create airy, architectural designs that mimic natural forms like nautilus shells and sunflowers. Cheri has been an instructor at the Naples Art Association-The Von Leibig and Arts Bonita.

The Woven Collection has been born out of a lifelong interest in lace and textile arts. Each piece is entirely handcrafted from 18 karat gold and sterling silver wires and further enhanced with the finest saltwater and freshwater pearls and diamonds.
