The International Network of Creatives is pleased to announce that Naples, Florida, Premier Chef Brian Roland of Crave Culinaire has been chosen as one of the distinguished artists to be honored at its 3rd annual Spring into the Arts Gala Dinner, on March 5, 2026, at the Naples Grande Beach Resort.
Chef Brian is the creative drive behind Crave Culinaire's unique approach. He brings an element of surprise, a big warm personality and an understanding and appreciation for building the perfect dining experience. Brian and his team will be with you throughout the creative process and ensure you and your guests’ palates and senses are content!
Locally known as the celebrated Executive Chef of M Waterfront Grille in Naples, Chef Brian Roland owns three innovative businesses: First, Crave Culinaire Catering and Events, which introduces an ultramodern take on catering. Crave Culinaire’s elegant services span from full event planning, catered events ranging from 2-2000 guests, to chic and artistic private meals prepared for the most prominent palates. Second, Brian opened Crave Management Group with his wife Nicole, which runs and operates 2 successful restaurants, Gather at Valencia Trails and the Food and Beverage at the highly exclusive Kinsale Golf Club. Lastly, they own Crave Event Staffing that provides elite service industry team members to the community for on and off premise events, setup, tradeshows and more.

Chef Brian, born and raised in Princeton, NJ, graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He is a Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs. He worked for several well known French chefs, including Daniel Boulud at Restaurant Daniel & Café Boulud, and Patrick Verré at the TPC @ Jasna Polana. He has worked as Executive Chef in top kitchens locally, including Chops City Grill and as Executive Chef/Operating Partner at Cru Lush Wines and Pure Food.
He has had the opportunity to cook for some of the most prominent figures including Judge Judy, Brian Boitano, Franc D’Ambrosio, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Randy Wayne White, Cliff Williams of AC/DC, Marilyn Manson, David “Big Papi” Ortiz, Cary Underwood, Joe Bastianich, Tim Love, and Paula Deen.

As a celebrity, Brian was featured on CNBC’s hit series Restaurant Startup in 2014 and has appeared on many local television segments to cook for viewers on Fox 4 and WINK News
His local presence is consistent as an Emcee and Auctioneer where his philanthropic contributions have touched thousands, as he has raised money in community outreach and charity awareness. Brian was recognized as Florida Weekly’s Best Chef on the Move, Best Chef for Charity and Young Incandescent Entrepreneurs. He was also featured as Naples Illustrated’s Superman, Gulfshore Life’s Man of the Year, 40 Under 40 and Crave Culinaire has been awarded “Best of the Gulfshore” consecutively for 11 years.

About the Gala
The Spring into the Arts Gala will honor Brian and five other distinguished SWFL artists, feature colorful art-filled entertainment, exclusive live and silent auctions, a gourmet dinner with award-winning actor and producer Kirk Cameron, and stories and testimonials highlighting INC’s community impact. VIP Reception at 4:30 pm, general audience Cocktail Reception at 5:00 pm, followed by dinner and the program at 6:00 pm. Cocktail Attire.
