INC’s Creative Community impacts hundreds of thousands both locally and globally as our network of creatives shares their art, music, stories, and other creations to influence their communities, making a positive impact on the world for Christ. Through its community arts and outreach programs, INC has touched over 7,000 lives in Southwest Florida and thousands more worldwide.

INC Creatives in Action
Chad Craig, Musician (Naples, Florida)
Chad is drumming up hope in Southwest Florida. As an elementary music teacher and percussionist with over twenty years of experience in performing and teaching music, Chad has inspired, mentored, and dedicated himself to thousands of young people and adults. His innovative teaching methods are producing remarkable outcomes in the lives of students in Collier County and beyond.
Ronald Kumbuka, Painter & Graphic Designer (Arua, Uganda)
An accomplished painter and graphic designer, Ronald’s passion lies in mentoring artists and guiding them into their creative callings while uplifting at-risk youth and young adults. Ronald mentors at-risk youth, bringing hope and healing to hundreds of incarcerated teenagers.
Nathan Ford, Actor (Moscow, Russia)
An actor, voice-over artist, choreographer, and writer, Nathan teaches Theater, Film, and Public Speaking to third-culture kids in Moscow. In each of these roles, his greatest passion is to help students emulate the greatest Creator and Storyteller of all, Jesus Christ.
Elizabeth Fleetham (Naples, Florida)
A Naples-based actor, choreographer, and writer, Elizabeth actively engages in Southwest Florida’s theater scene with the Naples Players and other community theater companies. She is deeply passionate about her craft and communicating Truth and beauty. Elizabeth passionately shares her faith through acting and mentoring aspiring young actors.
Terry Weaver, Actor (The Woodlands, Texas)
Terry’s life mission is to inspire the world through his faith, creativity, and writing. He has appeared in blockbuster faith-based TV series and films that have reached over 300,000 viewers worldwide, offering a path of hope for those who are broken. Terry actively ministers to those struggling with addiction and mental illness, sharing the love of Christ.
Peter Bakelaar, Photographer (Nagoya, Japan)
Peter, a photographer and mixed media artist, uses his art gallery exhibitions to connect with hundreds of Japanese people, offering a creative outlet and serving as a doorway to discipleship, bringing hope to a culture that is often resistant to Christianity.
David Adeleke (Lagos, Nigeria)
As a media director and consultant, David mentors aspiring filmmakers and content creators while supporting local churches in telling impactful stories through high-quality, cutting-edge media, reaching hundreds of thousands.
These trailblazing culture changers advance our mission of mentoring and discipling creatives to reflect and proclaim Christ in their lives and work, bringing hope and healing to the broken, one heart at a time.

HOPE AND HEALING THROUGH THE ARTS
The International Network of Creatives (INC) is a Southwest Florida faith-based non-profit organization with a mission to disciple creatives to reflect and proclaim Christ in their lives and work. INC inspires creatives to share the Hope and love of Christ through its healing and nurturing art and music programs for underprivileged children, families, and adults battling addictions and mental illness.
Programs include visual and performing arts, storytelling, and music. INC partners with David Lawrence Center’s Crossroads Adult Recovery Unit, New Horizons After-School Clubs of SWFL, NAMI Collier, Guadalupe Center in Immokalee, and other organizations.
